Gizzi begun her food career at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in 2003, where she graduated top of the year.

Always up for a challenge, Gizzi’s been working hard with our recipe chief, Lucy E, to cram in as much fruit and veg as possible into each recipe whilst making sure everything that comes out of her kitchen tastes delicious.

As well as creating all the recipes for our cafe, Gizzi has also written a book ‘Gizzi’s Kitchen Magic’, hosted Channel 4’s Cook Yourself Thin, and regularly cooks up a storm as the resident chef on ITV’s This Morning.
